Ensured the continuation of ServiceLink’s  focus on Client service through the smooth  operation of information technology.  Supported several hundred onsite users at  ServiceLink’s call center. Trained newer  technicians in daily helpdesk operations.  Composed documentation and procedures for  solutions to common technical issues.

-Game Design Intern

Expanded Sim Ops’ portfolio of products for  their web-based game engine, WildPockets.  Teamed up with other developers to create  interactive 3D products.

Created art assets for various game projects.  Modeled props and characters for various  projects. Supported the community by  answering technical questions and finding  solutions to the engine’s limitations.

Worked with peers to realize their creative  concepts into feasible and presentable  projects. Assisted in the instruction of Level  Design, Game Production Team and  Advanced Game Production classes.  Delivered technical demonstrations and  lessons on scripting and creating artwork and  for the Unreal 3 Engine. Resolved issues with  importing and exporting assets into Unreal.

Offered design and development services to  Scientific and Entertainment organizations.  Developed pipelines for optimizing dense 3d  data into more usable formats. Produced 3d  visualizations and video presentations for  product demonstrations. Designed and  developed websites for Mechanimal Studios  and its clients.
